Procedure

A solution of tert-butyl 1-(4-(3-(2-hydroxyethyl)-2-oxo-7-phenyl-2,3-dihydro-1H-pyrido[2,3-b][1,4]oxazin-6-yl)phenyl)cyclobutylcarbamate (51 mg, 0.099 mmol) in DMF(2 ml) was added potassium carbonate (41 mg) and 2-bromoacetonitrile (35.5 mg, 0.297 mmol). The reaction mixture was stirred at 50 degree for 3 h.
