Procedure

In analogy to the procedure described for the preparation of example 1, 5-methyl-6-(4-pyrrolidin-1-yl-piperidine-1-carbonyl)-3-(3-trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-pyridine-2-carboxylic acid (example 47) was reacted with 3-aminopyridine, Et3N and HATU in DMF to give the title compound as light yellow solid. MS: 538.2 (MH+).
