Procedure
In analogy to the procedure described for the preparation of example 20, [6-chloro-3-methyl-5-(3-trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-pyridin-2-yl]-(4-pyrrolidin-1-yl-piperidin-1-yl)-methanone (example 3) was reacted with pyridin-3-ol and sodium hydride in 1-methyl-pyrrolidin-2-one at reflux to give the title compound as colorless oil. MS: 511.4 (MH+).
