PROCEDURE

实验过程

Mesylate 142 (0.9 g, 3.94 mmole), 3-hydroxybenzaldehyde (0.577 g, 4.73 mmole), K2CO3 (0.817 g, 5.91 mmole) and NMP (5 ml) were heated at 70° C. overnight. H2O (30 ml) and hexanes (50 ml) was added and stirred for 1 hr. The organic layer was dried over Na2SO4 and evaporated. Purification by flash chromatography (20% ether/hexanes gradient) gave 3-((4,4-difluorocyclohexyl)methoxy)benzaldehyde (143) as an oil. Yield (0.559 g, 56%): 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 9.95 (s, 1H), 7.51-7.46 (m, 2H), 7.41-7.40 (m, 1H), 7.25 (dt, J=6.8, 2.8 Hz, 1H), 3.91 (d, J=6.0 Hz, 2H), 2.06-1.98 (m, 5H), 1.89-1.73 (m, 5H), 1.37-1.27 (m, 2H).
