Compound (1D3) (47 mg, 0.169 mmol), 2-(2,6-difluorophenyl)thiazole-4-carboxylic acid (1E) (40 mg, 0.169 mmol, HATU (77 mg, 0.203 mmol) and DIEA (93 μL, 0.507 mmol) are mixed in DMF (5 mL) and stirred at 50° C. for 1 hour. The reaction mixture was cooled to room temperature and diluted with ethyl acetate (50 mL), washed with brine, dried over Na2SO4 and concentrated in vacuo. The residue was purified with flash column (eluent: 10-30% ethyl acetate/petroleum ether) to obtain the product 1A (30 mg, 0.0596 mmol)
