In analogy to example 1, step 2, from 1-(2-fluoro-5-methyl-pyridin-4-yl)-3,3-diphenyl-propan-1-one and hydroxylamine hydrochloride in the presence of NaHCO3 was prepared the title compound as a mixture of E and Z isomers (1.5:1) as a white oil, MS (ESI+): m/z=335.1 ([M+H]+).
