In analogy to example 1, step 2, from 2-(9H-fluoren-9-yl)-1-pyridin-4-yl-ethanone and hydroxylamine hydrochloride in the presence of NaHCO3 was prepared the title compound as a mixture of E and Z isomers (1:1) as a white foam, MS (ESI+): m/z=301.3 ([M+H]+).
