In analogy to example 151, step 3, 5-{3-(4-chloro-2-methyl-phenyl)-3-[3-fluoro-4-(2-hydroxy-ethoxy)-phenyl]-propionyl}-1-methyl-1H-pyridin-2-one was reacted with hydroxylamine hydrochloride in the presence of sodium hydrogencarbonate to give the title compound as a colourless solid, MS (ESI+): m/z=459.3 [M+H]+.
