In analogy to example 161, step 1, 5-(3-(4-chloro-2-methylphenyl)-3-(4-(methylsulfonyl)phenyl)propanoyl)pyridin-2(1H)-one (example 339, step 2) was reacted with 2-iodoacetamide in the presence of potassium carbonate to give the title compound as a light yellow solid, MS (ESI+): m/z=487.3 [M+H]+.
