219 mg (1 mmol) 6-(4-amino-3-hydroxy-phenyl)-5-methyl-4,5-dihydro-2H-pyridazin-3-one, 122 mg (1 mmol) benzoic acid, 1.7 g (3 mmol) polymer-bound triphenylphosphine, 289 mg (2 mmol) trichloroacetonitrile and 7.5 ml acetonitrile are placed in a microwave vial and heated to 120° C. for 15 min at 200 W. The resin is filtered off and washed with methanol as well as acetonitrile. The solv. is eliminated by rotary evaporation i.V. and the residue is purified by RP-HPLC.
