22.2 mg (52 μmol) 6-{2-[4-(2,2-dimethoxy-ethoxy)-phenyl]-benzoxazol-6-yl}-5-ethyl-4,5-dihydro-2H-pyridazin-3-one, 130 μL (4 mmol/mL; 520 μmol) HCl and 2 ml dioxane are stirred for 3 h at 50° C. Then the mixture is diluted with EA, extracted with H2O and then with 10% sodium carbonate solution. The solv. of the org. phase is eliminated i.V.
