The compound (180 mg) obtained in Step (ii), potassium carbonate (140 mg) and 4-methylbenzylpiperazine (130 mg) were added to DMF (5 mL), and the mixture was stirred at 70° C. for 3 hours. The insoluble materials were collected by filtration, and the residue was purified by silica gel column chromatography (CHCl3:MeOH:28% NH3 aq.=100:3:2) to give the title compound (48 mg).
