In analogy to the procedure described in example 9.1, 3-(4-amino-3-fluoro-phenyl)-propionic acid tert-butyl ester was reacted with triphosgene in the presence of Et3N in CH2Cl2 under reflux conditions for 20 h to give the title compound as yellow oil which was used in the next step without further purification. MS: m/e=265.1 [M+].
