Procedure
To a suspension of tert-butyl {2-[(4-{4-[(cyclopropylamino)carbonyl]-5-propyl-1H-1,2,3-triazol-1-yl}phenyl)amino]-2-oxoethyl}carbamate (0.76 g) obtained in Example 22 in ethanol (5 ml) was added 6N hydrochloric acid in isopropyl alcohol solution (6 ml) at room temperature, and the mixture was stirred for 2 hr. The solvent was evaporated under reduced pressure to give the title compound as a white powder (0.64 g, 100%).
