Procedure
3-(1-Phenyl-1H-pyrazol-5-yl)-1-piperidin-4-ylpyridazin-4(1H)-one (0.30 g) and triethylamine (0.26 mL) were dissolved in THF (20 mL), acetylchloride (0.066 mL) was added, and the mixture was stirred at room temperature overnight. The reaction mixture was diluted with ethyl acetate, washed with saturated aqueous sodium hydrogen carbonate solution and saturated brine, dried over anhydrous magnesium sulfate, and concentrated under reduced pressure. The obtained residue was recrystallized from 2-propanol/diethylether to give the title compound (0.15 g).
