Procedure

A mixture of 2-amino-N-{3-[(trifluoromethyl)sulfanyl]phenyl}benzenesulfonamide (52 mg, 0.15 mmol), 1,1′-carbonyldiimidazole (97 mg, 0.60 mmol) and triethylamine (41 μL, 0.30 mmol) in DMF (0.75 mL) was heated in a sealed tube for 5 h at 100° C. After concentration in vacuo, DCM and 1M aqueous HCl were added, the phases were separated, the organic layer was washed with brine, dried over MgSO4, filtered and concentrated in vacuo. Purification by flash chromatography, eluting with 3% MeOH in DCM yielded the title compound (45 mg, 0.21 mmol).
