The title compound (120 mg, 0.24 mmol) was prepared in two steps from tert-butyl[5-(1,1-dioxido-3-oxo-3,4-dihydro-2H-1,2,4-benzothiadiazin-2-yl)-2-methoxypyridin-3-yl]methylcarbamate (IntA35) (130 mg, 0.3 mmol), 2,6-difluoro-4-methoxybenzyl bromide (85 mg, 0.36 mmol) and K2CO3 (124 mg, 0.9 mmol) in DMF (1.5 mL); followed by TFA (2 mL) in DCM (3 mL) at rt using the methods of (179).
