To a mixture of 105f (125 mg, 0.183 mmol) in THF (6 mL), i-PrOH (2 mL) and H2O (2 mL) was added LiOH.H2O (37 mg, 0.915 mmol). The reaction mixture was stirred at rt for 16 h and concentrated. The residue was partitioned between water and DCM. The organic layer was separated, dried over Na2SO4, filtered and concentrated. The residue was washed with EA and dried to give 105 (73 mg, 60%) as gray solid. 1H NMR (500 MHz, DMSO-d6): δ 8.56 (s, 1H), 8.48 (s, 1H),), 8.20 (s, 1H), 8.12 (s, 1H), 7.42 (s, 1H), 7.38-7.32 (m, 2H), 7.23 (t, J=8.0 Hz, 1H), 6.52 (s, 1H), 6.35 (d, J=8.0 Hz, 1H), 6.21-6.15 (m, 1H), 6.05-6.02 (m, 1H), 5.95 (d, J=8.0 Hz, 1H), 4.73 (s, 1H), 4.33 (s, 2H), 3.59 (s, 3H), 3.28-3.25 (m, 5H), 2.93 (bs, 2H), 2.84 (bs, 2H), 1.88 (bs, 4H).
