Procedure

To a solution of EXAMPLE 174B (331 mg) in dichloromethane (10 mL) was added morpholine (174 mg), 4-dimethylaminopyridine (122 mg) and 1-ethyl-3-[3-(dimethylamino)propyl]-carbodiimide hydrochloride (287 mg). The mixture was stirred overnight. The mixture was diluted with ethyl acetate (200 mL) and washed with water and brine and dried over Na2SO4. Filtration and evaporation of the solvent gave the crude title compound.
