A mixture of 1-(2-piperidin-1-yl-ethyl)-1H-indazol-4-ylamine (mmol), tert-butoxycarbonylamino-acetic acid (mmol), ethyldimethylpropylcarbodiimide hydrochloride (mmol), N-hydroxybenzotriazole (mmol) and N-methyl morpholine (mmol) were dissolved in 15 mL of DMF and stirred at room temperature for 6 hours. The mixture was concentrated under reduced pressure and the residue purified by flash chromatography to provide the title compound. 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-D6) δ ppm 1.34 (m, J=4.41 Hz, 6 H), 1.41 (s, 9 H), 2.37 (m, 4 H), 2.69 (t, J=6.78 Hz, 2 H), 3.86 (d, J=6.10 Hz, 2 H), 4.46 (t, J=6.78 Hz, 2 H), 7.08 (s, 1 H), 7.32 (m, 2 H), 7.64 (m, 1 H), 8.23 (s, 1 H), 9.96 (s, 1 H); MS (DCI/NH3) m/z 469 [M+H]+.
