The title compound was prepared according to the general procedure in Example 30 (Method B) using 6-bromo-2-methoxypyrido[3,2-d]pyrimidine (48 mg, 0.20 mmol), 2-amino-5-[4-(1-hydroxy-1-methylethyl)phenyl]thiophene-3-carboxamide (50 mg, 0.20 mmol), potassium carbonate (31 mg, 0.22 mmol), X-Phos (49 mg, 0.10 mmol), and tris(dibenzylideneacetone)dipalladium (16 mg, 0.02 mmol) as the starting materials.
