Procedure
A mixture of Example 16D (1.71 g, 7.0 mmol), benzyl bromide (0.88 mL, 7.35 mmol), diisopropylethylamine (2.44 mL, 14.0 mmol) in acetonitrile (12 mL) were heated in a microwave Personal Chemistry at 150° C. for 40 minutes. Ethyl acetate (200 mL) was added and the organic layer was washed twice with water (200 mL) and brine, dried over sodium sulfate, filtered, concentrate under reduced pressure, and chromatographed on silica gel eluting with 0-10% ethyl acetate in hexane to afford the title compound. 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ ppm 2.84 (t, J=6.61 Hz, 2H), 3.39 (t, J=6.61 Hz, 2H), 3.93 (s, 3H), 4.60 (s, 2H), 6.90 (m, 2H), 7.31 (m, 5H), 7.90 (d, J=8.81 Hz, 1H). MS (DCI) m/z 335.10 (M+H)+.
