The title compound was synthesized in analogy to example 51, from [2-(1,1-dioxo-thiomorpholine-4-carbonyl)-1H-indol-5-yl]-(4-isopropyl-piperazin-1-yl)-methanone (example 1), sodium hydride and bromoacetonitrile in N,N-dimethylformamide, to give the desired product as a brown gum (11%).
