Procedure

1 g of the product obtained in Stage 6 above is introduced into dimethylformamide, 146 mg of a suspension of sodium hydride at 60% in oil is added and the reaction medium is left under agitation for 15 minutes at ambient temperature. Then 1.08 mg of the product obtained in Stage 2 of Preparation 1 is added, and the reaction medium is left under agitation for 24 hours at ambient temperature, followed by hydrolysis with a saturated solution of ammonium chloride and extraction with ethyl acetate. In this way, after chromatography, 1.1 g of expected product (amorphous solid) is obtained.
