The title compound was prepared according to the general procedure (Method B) by coupling Intermediate 1 (95 mg, 0.256 mmol) with 4-(trifluoromethoxy)aniline (54 mg, 0.307 mmol) in the presence of EDCI hydrochloride (98 mg, 0.512 mmol) and DMAP (47 mg, 0.384 mmol) in a mixture of DCM and DMF (4:1, 5 mL) to give 68 mg of the product as an off-white solid; 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 0.23-0.26 (m, 2H), 0.43-0.47 (m, 2H), 1.13-1.15 (m, 1H), 3.73 (d, J=6.6 Hz, 2H), 3.78 (s, 3H), 6.92-6.96 (m, 1H), 7.04 (t, J=7.8 Hz, 1H), 7.22-7.25 (m, 1H), 7.35-7.38 (m, 3H), 7.44 (d, J=16.2 Hz, 1H), 7.77-7.81 (m, 2H), 7.86 (d, J=16.2 Hz, 1H), 8.01 (d, J=4.2 Hz, 1H), 10.47 (s, 1H); ESI-MS (m/z) 530.37 (MH)+.
