Method C was applied to a mixture of N-(2-chloro-5-(trifluoromethyl)pyridin-4-yl)pyridin-3-amine (48 mg, 0.17 mmol), 2-methoxy-4-morpholinoaniline (55 mg, 0.27 mmol), Pd2(dba)3 (22 mg, 0.024 mmol), xantphos (24 mg, 0.041 mmol) and cesium carbonate (121 mg, 0.37 mmol) in dioxane (3 ml). The bis-TFA salt of the title compound was obtained as a pale yellow solid.
