The title compound was prepared by following the procedure described for Intermediate-40 using 5-(trifluoromethyl)pyridin-2-amine (0.500 g, 3.08 mmol), acetic acid (5.0 mL) and 50% hydrogen peroxide (2.0 mL) to afford 0.475 g of the desired product. 1HNMR (DMSO-d6): δ 6.88 (d, J=8.7 Hz, 1H), 7.40 (d, J=8.7 Hz, 1H), 7.49 (s, 2H), 8.49 (s, 1H).
