20 mg (0.08 mmol) of [6-(2-fluoro-phenyl)-pyridazin-3-yloxy]-acetic acid, 10.3 mg (0.12 mmol) of piperidine, 27.8 mmol (0.24 mmol) of NEM and 29.1 mg (0.089 mmol) of TOTU in THF were stirred at room temperature for 3 h. After filtration and evaporation, the product was purified by RP18 chromatography. Yield: 7 mg.
