A mixture of 0.4 g (1.47 mmol) 2-(4-Cyclopropyl-phenyl)-2,8-diaza-spiro[4.5]decan-1-one, 0.226 g (1.63 mmol) bromoacetic acid and 0.299 g (2.96 mmol) NEt3 in 50 mL DCM was stirred at room temperature for 16 h. The mixture was concentrated and used without further purification in the consecutive step. MS m/e: 329.3 [M+H]+.
