Procedure
To a mixture of 3,4-dihydro-2H-pyrido[4,3-b][1,4]oxazine (50 mg, 0.37 mmol) and 3-bromo-4-methoxy-benzoic acid (102 mg, 0.44 mmol), phosphorus oxychloride (2 ml) was added and stirred at 100° C. for 12 hours. The reaction mixture was cooled to 0° C., neutralized with saturated solution of sodium hydrogen carbonate to pH of 8-9 and extracted with ethyl acetate.
