[3-(4-Bromo-2-formyl-phenoxy)-phenyl]-acetic acid (0.4 g, 1.23 mmol), 2-phenylethylamine (0.16 mL, 1.23 mmol), sodium cyanoborohydride (0.189 g, 3.0 mmol), and acetic acid (2 drops) were combined in CH2Cl2 and stirred at room temperature for 10 minutes. Aqueous work-up yielded the title compound.
