To a solution of 120 mg 5-[2-((S)-2-cyclobutylcarbamoyl-pyrrolidin-1-yl)-2-oxo-ethoxy]-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazole-3-carboxylic acid in 3 ml DMF were added 50 μl DIPEA, 111 mg HATU and 96 mg 4-[(S)-2-Amino-3-(2,2-dimethyl-[1,3]dioxolan-4-yl)-propionyl]-piperazine-1-carboxylic acid ethyl ester. After stirring for 12 h the reaction mixture was diluted with ethyl acetate and subsequently washed with aqueous LiCl (4%), 0.1 M HCl and saturated aqueous NaHCO3. The crude product obtained after evaporation of the solvent was used in the subsequent deprotection reaction. Yield: 238 mg.
