To a mixture of N-(cyclobutylmethyl)-3-[4-(ethoxymethyl)-2,6-dimethoxyphenyl]-6-methoxy-N-(tetrahydro-2H-pyran-4-yl)pyrazolo[5,1-b][1,3]thiazole-7-amine (13.4 mg) and ethyl acetate (0.5 mL) was added methanesulfonic acid (1.69 μL). The mixture was stirred at room temperature for 1 hour and the solvent was removed by blowing nitrogen stream and dried to obtain the title compound (15.9 mg).
