A mixture of 200 mg N-(tetrahydro-2H-pyran-2-yloxy)-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinoline-7-carboxamide, 92 mg 3-tetrahydrofuranecarboxylic acid, 98 mg HOBt, 278 mg EDC, 0.6 ml triethylamine and 8 ml DMF is stirred overnight at ambient temperature. The mixture is evaporated. 1.09 g of the residue are purified by silica gel flash chromatography. 110 mg of the title compound are obtained after drying as colorless foam.
