The sub-title compound is prepared from 6-chloro-2-(2-fluoro-ethoxy)-5-nitro-N-(trans-4-trifluoromethyl-cyclohexyl)-nicotinamide (1.00 g, 2.30 mmol) and methylamine (2 M in THF; 2.75 mL, 5.50 mmol) in THF (15 mL) in analogy with method described in example 1d.
