To a solution of N-[6-(4-amino-3-fluorophenoxy)imidazo[1,2-a]pyridin-2-yl]cyclopropanecarboxamide (150 mg, 0.46 mmol) in N,N-dimethylacetamide (3.0 mL) were added 1-(4-fluorophenyl)-6-methyl-2-oxo-1,2-dihydropyridine-3-carboxylic acid (170 mg, 0.689 mmol), HATU (262 mg, 0.689 mmol) and N,N-diisopropylethylamine (120 μL, 0.689 mmol), and the mixture was stirred at room temperature for 20 hr. Saturated aqueous sodium hydrogen carbonate was added to the reaction mixture, and the mixture was extracted with ethyl acetate/tetrahydrofuran. The organic layer was washed with saturated brine, dried over anhydrous magnesium sulfate and filtered. The solvent was evaporated under reduced pressure, and the residue was washed with ethyl acetate and collected by filtration to give the title compound (208 mg, 81%) as a white solid.
