N-(3-(4-Fluorophenoxy)phenyl)-4-methylpiperidine-4-carboxamide from step B (50 mg, 0.13 mmol), 4,5-dichloro-7H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidine from step C (19 mg, 0.1 mmol), and triethylamine (0.04 mL, 0.3 mmol) were combined in isopropanol (1 mL) and heated at 130° C. for 30 minutes under microwave conditions. The product was isolated by prep HPLC to give the title compound.
