Procedure

The crude (77.2) was dissolved in THF (20 ml) and 1 ml of HCl (2N) was added. The mixture was stirred at rt for 10 min. The mixture was neutralized by saturated aqueous NaHCO3 and evaporated to dryness. The residue was purified by column chromatography (CombiFlash-ISCO, eluent DCM/MeOH from 20/1 to 8/1 for 40 min gradiently) to afford the title compound (40 mg, yield 39.8% over 2 steps). LCMS (method A): [M+H]+=405.6, tR=2.08 min. 1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3) δ ppm 2.57 (s., 3H) 3.17-3.34 (t, 4H) 3.82-4.00 (t, 4H) 7.15 (d, 1H) 7.46 (d, 1H) 7.64 (s, 1H) 7.88 (s, 2H) 7.93 (d, 1H) 8.76 (d, 1H) 8.78 (s, 1H)
