By following the procedure described in Example 16 but condensing 5-bromo-2-(2-chloroethyl)-1-(1-methylethyl)-1H-naphth[1,2-d]imidazole hydrochloride with 1-phenylpiperazine, the compound of the title is obtained. M.p. 211°-213° C. (from ethyl acetate). The corresponding citrate melts at 169°-171° C. with decomposition.
