A 20 mL scintillation vial was charged with the product from Example 26D (12 mg, 0.027 mmol). 80% tetrahydrofuran in water, and lithium hydroxide (2.00 mg, 0.048 mmol) and shaken for 6 hours. After this time the reaction mixture was acidified with 1N HCl, filtered, and evaporated to dryness to afford the title product. The NMR spectrum includes a mixture of rotamers, with the major rotamer being reported. 1H NMR (500 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ ppm 1.02-1.20 (m, 2H), 1.41-1.55 (m, 2 H), 1.74-1.91 (m, 5 H), 2.22-2.31 (m, 2 H), 2.78-2.80 (m, 1 H), 2.96-3.10 (m, 3 H), 3.98 (s, 2 H), 7.05-7.19 (m, 1 H), 7.27-7.45 (m, 2 H), 7.60-7.85 (m, 2 H), 13.98 (s, 1 H); MS (ESI) m/z 424[M+H]+.
