Procedure
Methanesulfonic acid (0.3 mL) was added to a solution of 8-(4-fluorophenyl)-2-{(E)-2-[3-methoxy-4-(4-methyl-1H-imidazol-1-yl)phenyl]vinyl}-5,6,7,8-tetrahydro[1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-a]pyridin-8-ol synthesized by the method in Examples 70 and 71 (45 mg) and sodium azide (66 mg) in TFA (1 mL), and the reaction solution was stirred at room temperature for 16 hours. The reaction solution was diluted with ethyl acetate. The solution was added to saturated sodium bicarbonate water, and the organic layer was separated. The resulting organic layer was dried over anhydrous magnesium sulfate and then concentrated under reduced pressure. The residue was purified by silica gel column chromatography (carrier: Chromatorex NH; elution solvent: heptane:ethyl acetate=1:1->ethyl acetate) to obtain 28 mg of the title compound. The property values of the compound are as follows.
