3-Fluoro-4-methanesulfonylaminobenzylamine hydrochloride (158 mg, 0.62 mmol) was reacted with (6-tert-butyl-pyridin-3-yloxy)-acetic acid (130 mg) DMTMM (1.2 eq, 206 mg) and NEt3(2.5 eq, 220 μl) in THF to give the title compound (165 mg, 65%) after purification by column chromatography (Hex/EtOAc=1/3).
