A solution of 4-chloro-1-furan-2-ylmethyl-6-methoxy-phthalazine (500 mg, 1.82 mmoles), prepared as described in example 127, in DMF (10 ml) was added under stirring with pyrrolidine (0.91 ml, 10.92 mmoles), and heated at 60° C. overnight. The mixture was diluted with ethyl acetate, washed three times with water, anhydrified over Na2SO4 and dried. The residue was crystallised from ethyl ether/petrolatum 1:1 (10 ml) to give 420 mg of the title compound (yield: 75%). m.p.: 148-149° C.
