Following a similar procedure to that described in Example (1a), 2.02 of 2-methoxy-5-nitrophenyl 4-methoxyphenyl ketone, 2.02 a of 1-(3,4-difluorophenyl)ethylamine hydrochloride, 4,37 ml of triethylamine, 0.69 ml of titanium tetrachloride, 1.46 g of sodium cyanoborohydride and 0.45 ml of acetic acid were reacted, to obtain 2.10 g of the title compound as a yellow oil.
