BOP (2.6 g, 5.8 mmol) is added to a solution of 3-trifluoromethyl-1H-pyrazole-4-carboxylic acid (1.0 g, 5.55 mmol), admantan-1-yl-methylamine (959 mg, 5.8 mmol), HOBt (200 mg, 1.4 mmol) and DIEA (1.1 mL, 6.5 mmol) in DMF (25 mL) at RT. The mixture is stirred for 14 h. The mixture is poured into a sat. NH4Cl (450 mL) and filtered to afford the title compound as a white solid.
