To 0.5 g (1.1 mmol) of N-(2-benzyloxy-4-fluoro-phenyl)-7-[[dimethyl(oxo)-λ6-sulfanylidene]amino]-5-methyl-quinazolin-4-amine are added 50 mg palladium on charcoal (10%) and MeOH and THF and mixture is hydrogenated in a Parr apparatus (RT; 3 bar; 3 h). DMF and Ethanol are added and mixture heated to 70° C., the catalyst is filtered off and the solvent is evaporated.
