Combine amine starting material of Example 34 (100 mg, 0.39 mmol), benzoyl chloride (50 μL, 0.43 mmol) and Et3N (120 μL, 0.86 mmol) in THF (4 mL) and DMF (0.5 mL). Stir the mixture at room temperature for 3 hours. Eliminate the solvent and purify by flash chromatography on silica gel (eluent: EtOAc/hexane 75/25) to give the title compound. (90 mg, 65%). Electrospray MS M+1 ion=362, 1H-NMR (methanol-d4, 400 MHz): 8.62 (d, 1H, J=2.8 Hz), 8.24 (dd, 1H, J=2.8 and 9.0 Hz), 7.79-7.76 (m, 2H), 7.55-7.42 (m, 5H), 7.09-7.06 (m, 2H), 6.96 (d, 1H, J=9.0 Hz), 3.62 (t, 2H, J=7.3 Hz), 2.95 (t, 2H, J=7.3 Hz).
