Procedure
Using procedure 9, (R)-7-(dipropylamino)-5,6,7,8-tetrahydro-2-naphthalenemethanamine 9 and triethylamine in dry tetrahydrofuran was cooled to 15° C., and 1-methylimidazole-4-sulfonyl chloride was added. After extraction, purification by flash chromatography (tetrahydrofuran/ethyl acetate) gave the title compound as an oil. [α]D =+46° (25° C., CH3OH, c=0.7458).
