Procedure
The title compound was prepared from 3-aminopropanol and 4-[4-(1H-indol-5-ylamino)-thieno[3,2-d]pyrimidin-6-yl]-benzaldehyde by a procedure analogous to example 17. The product was converted to the mesylate salt analogous to example 17 being converted to the HCl salt. 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO) d 11.1 (s, 1H), 9.54 (s, 1H), 8.44 (s, 1), 7.75 (dd, 4H), 7.42 (m, 4H), 7.23 (m, 1H), 6.41 (s, 1H), 3.67 (s, 2H), 3.43 (s, 2H), 3.30 (s, 2H), 1.54 (m, 2H); LC-MS: 430 (MH+); HPLC RT: 3.34 minutes.
