Procedure
To a solution of Example 305A (44 mg, 0.086 mmol) and diisopropylethylamine (0.015 mL, 0.086 mmol) in acetonitrile (1 mL) was added pyrrolidine (0.021 mL, 0.25 mmol) and the reaction mixture was heated at about 60° C. for about 15 minutes. The reaction mixture was cooled to ambient temperature and trifluoroacetic acid (1 mL) was added. The reaction mixture was heated at about 60° C. for about 48 hours. The reaction mixture was concentrated under reduced pressure, diluted with dichloromethane (20 mL) and washed with 15% aqueous sodium hydroxide solution (20 mL). The organic layer was separated, dried over magnesium sulfate, filtered and concentrated under reduced pressure. The crude material was purified by reverse-phase HPLC using acetonitrile/water (0.05 M ammonium acetate) gradient elution method to afford the title compound. 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ ppm 8.58 (s, 1H), 8.24 (s, 1H), 7.81 (d, J=8.7 Hz, 1H), 7.50 (d, J=8.7 Hz, 1H), 7.27-7.45 (m, 5H), 5.64 (s, 2H), 3.35 (s, 2H), 2.65 (s, 4H), 1.76 (s, 4H). MS (ESI+) m/z 402 (M+H)+.
